Under the terms of the MoU, Vibe Generation will lead industrial design, technology development and global marketing and sales, targeting premium markets in Europe, the United States, and Asia.
Mold-Tek Packaging will deploy its world-class manufacturing infrastructure and advanced tooling capabilities to develop, produce, and scale Vibe Generation’s proprietary closures and packaging solutions.
The estimated global demand for this closure segment is substantial, with the total addressable market projected at approximately USD 1 billion. Through this partnership, Vibe Generation expects to generate USD 25–30 million in revenue over the next five years, underscoring the strong commercial potential of its IP.
